Beachcombers Community Club operates a community water system serving member properties. Below you will find information about water service, billing, and how to report issues.
Community Water System
The community water system is maintained by the HOA and funded through annual dues and water service fees. The system provides potable water to all connected properties.
Water Billing
Water service fees are billed separately from annual HOA dues. Bills are issued [frequency]. Contact the board treasurer for billing questions or to update your billing address.
Reporting Issues
To report a water leak, outage, or other water service issue, contact the board immediately. For after-hours emergencies, please use the emergency contact information provided to members.
Water Conservation
We ask all members to use water responsibly. Excessive or wasteful use affects the entire community. Please report any suspected leaks or unauthorized use to the board.
